Pondering
in my mind for a brief instant

dream of a far away and distant shore
Encountered
on a deserted and fawn-coloured beach
Gazing
out at the glistening, ripples of water
and
questioning...
When
will that special gentleman drift into my adventures?
Who
will accept me in such pain?
Who
will accept me in my misery?
Who
will accept me in my grief?
Who
will accept me in my plight?
Who
will accept me for ME?
One
who comprehends!
One
who is selfless!
One
who is gentle-hearted!
One
who is unafraid to reveal his emotions!
One
who will make laughter rein in my life repeatedly!
One
who will always be sincere to share his dreams...
To
share another path I must follow unhindered...
a
new chapter in my reborn existence.
Yes,
perchance could truly be that special one who will care!
